User Agreement

The Use of EUROQUEST's Software: Secure Voucher System (SVS) urges the USER to accept the VOUCHERS emitted by EUROQUEST or any of it's Affiliated Companies, and to give a voucher holder (CUSTOMERS), the PRODUCTS in exchange as indicated on the aforementioned VOUCHERS, without any additional costs. However, before accepting the CUSTOMER VOUCHER and exchanging it for the indicated PRODUCTS or SERVICES, the user agrees to: Check the identity of the VOUCHER Issuer / bearer and its authenticity. More especially, if a VOUCHER was acquired from an Internet site, the User will have to point the provided hand held scanner to the VOUCHER's Bar Code and verify it's authenticity on EUROQUEST's SVS system, or to check to make sure that the CUSTOMER's name is listed on the ARRIVAL LISTS send weekly by EUROQUEST. Check the identity of the CUSTOMER mentioned on the VOUCHERS by requesting the presentation of a valid identity card (Driver's Licence - Passport); and to make sure that each VOUCHER is signed by the CUSTOMER confirming his reception of the VOUCHER and it's exchange for PRODUCTS or SERVICES, as well as the date and place of where the exchange took place. Moreover, if for any reason the User was not able to exchange the VOUCHERS against the PRODUCTS or SERVICES mentioned on the CUSTOMER's VOUCHER, the User agrees to give the CUSTOMER a comparable PRODUCTS, of equivalent quality/value or higher than the PRODUCT mentioned on the aforementioned VOUCHER, without any additional cost. In addition, the User agrees to offer a service of support to the CUSTOMER by any means (correspondence, mail, telephone, etc.) in order to answer questions or helping solve any difficulties related with the PRODUCT. Because of the exclusivity granted to EUROQUEST, the User agrees not to establish any kind of commercial cooperation agreements with other companies, and in particular, not dealing directly with the companies profiting from trade agreements or Affiliations with EUROQUEST, for a 24 months period from the date of last use of EUROQUEST's SVS Software. The User will not reveal any confidential information relating to EUROQUEST and his Secure Voucher System other than using it for the good execution of this contract. Any information obtained from EUROQUEST and it's proprietary systems, including the SVS system and not being in the public domain will be regarded as confidential. The User will take all the necessary precautions to prevent the disclosure or the prohibited use of all confidential information by their employees, co-workers, sub-agents or another intermediary.
